REFUNDS:
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Because we offer both general errand services and the optional purchase of grocery items such as food and personal goods, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after purchase.
We make every effort to have your needs handled to your liking. If you have comments, questions, or concerns about an order or service, please email our team at contact@behandled.com.
RESCHEDULING:
Although we do not offer refunds, we understand that rescheduling a service is sometimes necessary. Advance notice of 24 hours is required for the rescheduling of services. Errand service rescheduling received less than 24 hours from the time of service will be charged one standard hourly fee of $25. Cleaning services will be charged a fee of $50.
DELIVERY:
Our products are delivered right to your door by our trusted Handlers. Our rates include delivery fees and mileage. Travel cannot exceed a 10 mile radius from the Oxford Courthouse Square.
RATES & PAYMENT:
Our hourly fee only reflects the charge of service rendered. Any other extra charges required by client's request (such as cost of supply materials, groceries, miscellaneous expenses, etc.) will be billed directly to the client.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
When you use our products or website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. By giving us such information, you consent to Handled using it in the manner described in this policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing our team at contact@behandled.com. We will return or destroy your personal information within three days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.
SECURITY:
All security on our website is treated seriously. Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including use of SSL technology, on our back-end systems that store customer account information and to protect data transmissions.
